The Company has adopted the following process for withdrawal of the winning amount by the users:
Users may withdraw their winnings through either an account payee cheque or an electronic bank to bank transfer for the number of winnings. Users should agree that all withdrawals they make are governed by the following conditions:
Users can choose to withdraw money from their user account at any time, subject to bonus/prize money withdrawal restrictions, by notifying the company of the user's withdrawal request.
Bonuses (except Bring a Friend bonus) and promotional winnings are subject to withdrawal restrictions and can only be withdrawn on fulfilling some preconditions, one of which is that users have made at least one deposit on the Portal and thereafter played at least one game.
Once notified, post verification of the withdrawal request, we may disburse the specified amount by electronic transfer based on the mode of withdrawal.
The Company shall make their best efforts to honour the user's choice on the mode of withdrawal but reserve the right to always disburse the specified amount to the user by electronic transfer.
In case of non-availability of the user's bank account details, the Company may require the user to provide those details to process the refund/withdrawal.
The Company also reserve the right to disburse the amount on the financial instrument used to add coins to your user account. Withdrawals attract processing charges as per the prevalent policy.
Users may be eligible to make one or more free withdrawals in a month depending on various factors including their club status, the amount of withdrawal or the mode of withdrawal. Users may request a free withdrawal subsequently if a user becomes eligible for the same at such time.
The Company will attempt their best to process user's withdrawals promptly, but there could be delays due to the time required for verification and completing the withdrawal transaction.
To be eligible to win a prize, the user must be a resident of India and accessing the Company's services from India. If a user is not a citizen of India but is physically present in India, the Company can remit the winnings in Indian Rupees to the address/bank account given by the user, provided the address and bank account are within India.
The Company is operating their gameplay through their website or app referred to as Portal. All the transactions and games play are directed through the Portal. The portal has its prescribed Privacy Policy for the users to protect their sensitive information and personal data. This policy also provides the procedure followed by the Company to gather, use, store, disclose and manage users' data. The Company only collects personal data to verify user accounts, maintain the accounts of the users, complete transactions of the users, and for analyzing user behaviour and requirements. The portal is regulated by the Information Technology Act, Public Gambling Act, 1867, and other relevant laws.
